The challenge

Dispatch and field teams were interpreting fragmented live signals across routes, assets and operational systems. Important exceptions were visible, but the context required to decide what to do next was spread across tools and people.

We began by mapping the people, information, decisions and constraints behind the visible product request. That operating picture shaped both the experience and the technical boundaries.

The delivered system

We designed a unified operations workspace that combines live data, decision support and explicit human control. The intelligence layer gathers context and recommends action while operators retain ownership of operational decisions.

The delivery model connected workflow discovery, architecture, UX, engineering and production controls so each release improved real work rather than adding isolated features.
